Rodrigo Dupouy Bunster

Rodrigo Dupouy Bunster is an attorney with a Master's in Business Law from Universidad de los Andes, and a diploma in European Union Law and Institutions from the same institution.

His international expertise includes the publication “Legal Framework for an Agreement on Subsidies in Services at the World Trade Organization,” prepared for the NGO ICTSD, based in Geneva, Switzerland, in the context of the WTO's Hong Kong Ministerial Conference (2005).

Beyond his legal practice, Rodrigo served as Latin America President of Sorcia Minerals (Ensorcia Group) until 2025, leading the company's regional strategy through the development of its direct lithium extraction projects in Chile and Argentina — direct operating experience in the mining industry that complements his legal advisory work.

Over more than 15 years, he has advised Chilean companies, investors, and foreign parent companies on corporate law, compliance, labor law, due diligence, and the entire mining industry value chain, with a particular focus on lithium and on foreign investment entering Chile and Latin America. His work combines legal rigor with a financial view of the client's business, and fluent communication in Spanish, English, and French.
